Employment Litigation

I have represented individuals and businesses in employment disputes.  My experience on both sides of the fence gives me a unique and objective perspective from which to approach employment issues.  My focus is on resolving disputes - not prolonging them.  I have negotiated reasonable severance packages for departing employees and helped small companies navigate the often difficult process of ending an employment relationship.
